Refund Policy

​​​​1. Cancellation & Refund Guidelines:

​

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time

  • You are eligible for a full refund. We appreciate the advance notice and hope to serve you again soon.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time
    A 50% refund will be issued. This helps cover costs already incurred such as scheduling, vehicle preparation, and driver availability.

  • No-Shows or Last-Minute Cancellations (less than 2 hours before pickup)
    Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued in these cases, as resources have already been fully committed to your reservation.

  • Cancellations Initiated by Ridelux
    In rare cases where we must cancel your booking due to weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either:

    • A full refund

    • The option to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

2. Refund Processing:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original method of payment.

  • Please note that bank processing times may vary and it could take a few extra days for the refund to reflect in your account.
