1. ELIGIBILITY

 

You must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. By booking, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you have legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any other party you represent.

 

2. PAYMENT METHODS

​​

• All reservations must be confirmed with valid payment via WhatsApp  (On spot payments ,Credit/Debit card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo).

• Prices are displayed in United States currency.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings that violate our policies or present risk to our drivers or passengers.

 

3. SERVICE TYPES

• Point-to-Point Transfers

• Hourly Chauffeur Services

• Airport Transportation

• Event or Corporate Travel

• VIP & Private Chauffeuring

• Roadshows and Long-Distance Travel

Please ensure the correct service is selected. Misuse may result in additional fees or cancellation.

 

4. WAIT TIME AND GRACE PERIODS

• A complimentary 15-minute grace period is provided for point-to-point pickups.

• For airport pickups, a 60-minute grace period is given after landing (based on real-time flight tracking).

• Excessive delays or unnotified extra time is an automatic extra fee 

 

5. PASSENGER CONDUCT

 

•  We expect all clients and passengers to behave respectfully toward our chauffeurs and vehicles.

• No smoking or illegal substances are allowed.

• Damages to vehicle interiors or exteriors due to passenger negligence will be charged accordingly.

• Threatening, abusive, or illegal behavior will lead to immediate service termination without refund.

 

6. VEHICLE USE AND SUBSTITUTION 

• Vehicle images are for illustration purposes. The exact vehicle may vary based on availability, but will always match the same class and comfort.

• If requesting specific vehicle model, colors or amenities please take a minute to send a message to our 24/7 responsive team to check availability

• We reserve the right to upgrade or change a vehicle in cases of emergency, maintenance, or availability.

 

7. DELAYS LIABILITY

 

We are not liable for delays caused by:

• Weather conditions

• Road closures

• Unforeseen traffic or accidents

• Vehicle mechanical issues

• Government action, strikes, or natural disasters​

While we will make every effort to arrive on time, we advise clients to allow extra time during busy periods or extreme weather.

 

8. LOST ITEMS

 

We are not responsible for items left behind. If lost property is found in our vehicles, we will do our best to return it, but storage is limited.

 

9. INSURANCE AND SAFETY

All vehicles are insured as required by law. However, we are not responsible for:

• Loss or theft of personal property

• Delays beyond our control

• Personal injury due to failure to follow driver instructions or wearing a seatbelt

 

10. PRIVACY AND DATA USAGE

 

We respect your privacy. Any personal data collected (such as name, phone, email, pick-up addresses) is used solely for operational purposes and never sold to third parties.

12. JURISDICTION

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.
